Compensation & Perks

• $20,000+ signing bonus with a two-year contract

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care & Practice

• Provide prescription and OTC counselling

• Ensure accurate dispensing and compliance with all regulatory/standards requirements

• Deliver full-scope professional services

• Collaborate with other health-care providers to support patient care

Workflow & Inventory

• Maintain dispensary security and patient confidentiality

• Manage workflow queues, documentation, and will-call bins

• Monitor inventory, expired product, and ordering

• Adhere to all controlled-substance regulations

Operations

• Maintain professional, organized work areas

• Review/action store communications

• File medication or privacy incident reports

Qualifications

• Strong clinical judgement, decision-making, and problem-solving

• Leadership and coaching abilities

• Excellent communication and customer service

• Comfortable with pharmacy software and technology

• Commitment to ongoing education and Health & Safety standards
