We are currently looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join the Store Concepts Team. Reporting to the Store Development Specialist, the Merchandising Crew Associate is responsible for merchandising at all Store Concept projects, renovations, expansions, relocations and new store openings.

What You'll Do:

  • Merchandise sections as per planograms, following merchandising standards and direction from the Store Development Coordinator and Project Leader.

  • Assists in the set up of fixtures/assets.

  • Label sections as per current merchandising standards.

  • Communication required between Store Development Coordinators and onsite Management team.

  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors, dependent on project.

  • Receive, log and verify merchandise where necessary as determined by the Store Development Coordinator

  • Build seasonal and promotional displays as determined by the Store Development Coordinator.

  • Projects are located throughout the region.  Compensation is provided for travel costs
     

What You'll Need:

  • Previous Retail Merchandising Experience

  • Valid Driver's License

  • Must be willing to travel, dependent on location of projects – up to 70%

  • Must have a reliable vehicle for this position

  • Ability to work weekends, and holidays

  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal

  • This role is open to candidates based in Saskatchewan, Winnipeg, Regina, Edmonton, or Calgary

Skills:

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a detail driven environment

  • Must be a team player.  Peers may often be the acting Project Leader, so the team environment is crucial.

  • Well organized with the ability to work with minimal supervision
